Director of Marketing and Business Development

TTG Goetting is searching for a dynamic individual that can bring in leads and turn those leads into contracted work. In addition, this individual will provide expertise in marketing strategies that will also ultimately lead to contracted projects. This can be a tremendous opportunity for the right person!

Duties:

• Work with the President to direct and follow through with all marketing and business development activities
• Work with Principal Engineers to ensure a strong backlog

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be business-minded, self-motivated, driven, goal-oriented, work well under pressure and have a proven track record working with senior level management/engineers
• Candidate also must have experience in the AEC industry and a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or other related field
