Office Coordinator

Cude Engineers (www.cudeengineers.com) is seeking a qualified person to provide support to staff and execute administrative duties in order to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task; exercise good judgment and discretion with sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information; and be flexible, organized, and have the ability to prioritize assignments.

The ideal candidate must have/possess:
  • Excellent communication, writing and people skills
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook including calendar applications
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint, Deltek Vision and Adobe InDesign (a plus)
  • The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with an ability to work independently
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude and a professional, pleasant demeanor
