Senior Marketing Coordinator

Lake|Flato Architects (www.lakeflato.com) is a nationally recognized architectural design firm based in San Antonio, Texas. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with a background in marketing who could immediately fill the full-time Senior Marketing Coordinator position. The position is a broad-based role with core responsibilities of managing the firm's RFQ/RFP process including:

  • Writing, editing, coordinating information needs with consultants for proposal responses and related marketing materials
  • Organization of related project information

Required Background

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in journalism, communications, English
  • Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in the A/E/C industry preferred
  • Strong spirit of teamwork and outstanding collaborative interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical writing and editing skills
  • Data organizing skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Interest in and sensitivity to design issues
  • Familiarity with social media
